This term, Year 5 will be learning all about The Tudors! We will explore this fascinating period in history by learning about the reign of Henry VIII, his six wives, and the dramatic changes he made to religion in the United Kingdom. We will also explore the reign of Queen Elizabeth I and will compare the impact her role had on our country to that of her father.

Year 5 are lucky enough to be visiting the Tower of London this term. Come back soon to see some photos of our trip.

Tower Of London Trip Reminders

- Please be in school by 8.30 and come straight to class instead of walk the mile.

- Bring a backpack to carry your lunch and drink.

- Even if you are having a school packed lunch, please bring a bag to carry it in as well as your drink.

- Your lunch should not contain any fizzy drinks, glass or food containing traces of nuts.

- You must wear a coat and sensible shoes with your uniform (these can be trainers).

- No umbrellas, money, phones, games, sweets or crocs.

-If you suffer from travel sickness, please ensure your medication is taken before you come to school.

- If you have an asthma pump, please ensure this is in school.
