Growing Tomorrow's Leaders

Latest News

At Holy Trinity we are big on themed days, workshops and school trips. All these have a huge impact on our students willingness to learn and make it a fun environment to do so. Here are a few of the activities that our children have enjoyed so far this academic year.

  • World Book Day

    Thu 06 Mar 2025

We had an absolutely wonderful time celebrating World Book Day on Thursday 6th March 2025! There were some incredible outfits (from both pupils and staff) and the children enjoyed exploring the text ‘A Bear Called Paddington’.

Children produced some exceptional pieces of written work, some of which will be displayed in the entrance hall. Very excitingly, two children from each class (who staff have been recognised for putting in amazing effort with their writing) will be selected to attend the Paddington Experience in London on 25th April! More details to follow. Thank you to all parents and carers who made World Book Day 2025 a success! We would also like to extend a special thanks to our PTA for arranging the costume swap.

  • Anti-Bully Ambassador Training

    Thu 06 Mar 2025

We were lucky enough to secure ten more places on The Diana Award’s Anti-Bullying Ambassador training again this year. Many children applied for the role and the lucky few who were selected to attend joined five other schools on Thursday to complete the sought-after training.
The children learnt what bullying behaviour is, the different types, how they can spot it and most importantly, the role they can play in helping to ensure our school is a happy, safe and inclusive place for us all.
They came away feeling both enthused and positive about the changes they can make and the projects they would like to lead on to help make a difference. Stay tuned for their future plans!

  • Dance Competition

    Mon 03 Mar 2025

We took our dance group to The Central Theatre in Chatham, where they competed on stage against 18 schools from across the South East in The Great Big Dance Off!
It was a wonderful experience for the children, as they not only had the opportunity to perform but also to watch other schools showcase their talents at an impressive standard. We are incredibly proud of their dedication and creativity, and we are excited to announce that we came 9th place with a fantastic score of 234.
