At Holy Trinity we are big on themed days, workshops and school trips. All these have a huge impact on our students willingness to learn and make it a fun environment to do so. Here are a few of the activities that our children have enjoyed so far this academic year.

KS1 Football festival
Tue 21 May 2024Children from Year 1 and 2 enjoyed their first football festival and opportunity to represent the school. The squad consisted of Bailey, Malachi, Rayyan, Charlie, Louie C and Asher from Year 1 and Luwan and Damasi from Year 2. All players contributed goals with Asher taking the 'golden boot' with 12 goals! A big thank you to Mr. Bokungu for his support coaching the team with Mr. Bennett
"I must compliment the children on their outstanding performance. Each member of the team contributed to the team's strength, which was reflected in the team's performance. I am extremely proud of all of our Holy Trinity children." ~ Coach Arnold

School Fun Run
Tue 21 May 2024On Tuesday, we had our School Fun Run! We invited children to come into school on this day wearing something they felt showcased who they are. It was a delight to see a range of home dress, cultural clothing, religious items, uniforms from clubs and homemade outfits sharing some of the children’s’ favourite things. This sparked lots of curiosity amongst the children and many were asking their friends questions to learn more about them.
Thank you so much to all of the children and adults who took part, running around our field showcasing who they are with pride.
A huge well done to our Anti-Bullying Ambassadors and School Council Representatives for bringing this idea to us and for cheering everyone on, encouraging them to keep going.
Here are some quotes from the children about the day,
‘The fun run was great, it gave us an opportunity to express ourselves.’
‘The fun run helped us to know more about each other whilst we ran.’
‘The fun run felt great for both my physical and mental health.’
‘The fun run was filled with joy, positivity and acceptance.’
‘I loved having the chance to celebrate how we are different.’
We are proud of all of you!
