At Holy Trinity we are big on themed days, workshops and school trips. All these have a huge impact on our students willingness to learn and make it a fun environment to do so. Here are a few of the activities that our children have enjoyed so far this academic year.

  • Temper Temper Chocolate Factory year 4 trip

    Year 4 enjoyed a fantastic visit to Temper, Temper Chocolate Factory, where they learned about the history of chocolate, how it is produced and even got to make their very own chocolate treats! This visit has been a great experience to introduce them to their writing stimulus of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. 

  • Creepy Claws Workshop

    Year 5 were visited by Michael from Creepy Claws! He brought some incredible animals for us all to see that came from a range of biomes around the world. Some of the creatures included: a python, a scorpion, a skinny pig as well as a tarantula! The pupils thoroughly enjoyed learning all about these amazing animals and were lucky enough to even handle some.

  • Green street Award

    We have been awarded two Green School Awards for our work on the School Street initiative. The Green School Awards celebrate the top performing schools from the county who make a different to the environment we live in. Holy Trinity won both the overall Green School Award and the Overall Kent Cleaner Air and Climate Award. We are proud of the success of the School Street initiative and look forward to making positive contributions to the local environment in the future.
