Our Summer Club Offer
At Holy Trinity CEP School, we place great importance on the personal development of every child. As part of this commitment, we aim to provide a wide range of extra‑curricular clubs throughout the academic year so that as many pupils as possible can take part in activities that interest and inspire them.
We are pleased to introduce our new Summer Club Offer, which will run during Term 5 and Term 6. To ensure we can continue to provide a diverse and high‑quality programme – fully staffed and fully equipped with the necessary resources - we will now be introducing a small charge for clubs.
The Club Offer has been sent to all parents by Parentmail, this is where you can find key information for each club.
Please take the time to read the information for each club carefully, information for each will vary. Most clubs will run for a total of 10 sessions across the final two terms of this academic year. If you need this information again, please just email clubs@holytrinitydartford.co.uk and we can resend this to you.
Places for each club are limited and will be allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Our clubs are often very popular and can fill up quickly, so we encourage you to book promptly to avoid disappointment.
If your child is allocated a place in a club, you will be notified via email. If a club is already full and your child has not been allocated a place, we will email you to inform you that your child will be put on the waiting list for the next block of sessions. In this situation, you may wish to book an alternative club for now.
Please note that clubs may not run if numbers are too low. Should this occur, we will let you know and either offer an alternative club (if available) or issue a refund.
Other than this circumstance, club payments are non‑refundable. Please ensure you read all information carefully to make sure you are selecting the correct club for your child.
If your child receives pupil premium funding, they may attend one of our internally run clubs, free of charge. Please ensure you state this in your booking email if this applies to you.
Please also note that if your child does not attend for two consecutive sessions, their place may be withdrawn and offered to another child. You will not be refunded in this instance.
Booking & Payment
To request a place for your child in a club, please email their full name, year group and name of the club you are requesting to: clubs@holytrinitydartford.co.uk
The cost per session for each club is listed in the grids below. Payment for the full block of sessions is required to secure your booking. All internal clubs run by our staff members are £3 per session, equalling a total of £30 for the entire block of 10 sessions. Please send cash payments to the School Office.
Your child’s place will only be secured once we have received both the cash payment for the full block and your booking email to the above email address. If you require any assistance, please contact Mrs Castles in the School Office.
Further Information
There is no need to collect your child at the usual end‑of‑day time, as teaching staff will take pupils directly to their clubs after dismissing their class. Please ensure your child is collected promptly at the finishing time stated.
If your child will not be attending a club they are booked onto, it is essential that you inform the School Office before the club begins.
Please be aware that late collection may result in an additional charge, as staff must remain on site to supervise children beyond the scheduled finish time.
Please note that if you request places for your child in multiple clubs, they may not receive a place in all of them. This helps us ensure that as many pupils as possible have the opportunity to take part in our enrichment activities.
