Icebergs and Glaciers 

This term, in Year 6, we will be learning all about the Polar regions. We will travel as far north as the Arctic and to the deep depths of the south: Antarctica. Throughout this topic, the children will explore historical events such as the sinking of the Titanic and Matthew Henson's expedition.

Should you wish to do any pre-learning before the start of Term 5, then we encourage you to get out an atlas and investigate the geographical features of both Antarctica and the Arctic.
