We had a great time celebrating World Book Day and it was wonderful to see a river of characters from all different books. There were lots of activities with children exploring different classrooms and teachers throughout the day, taking along their passports to get stamped.

Winners of best costume and a book token prize went to Zara, Alisa and Daniel – Well done you all looked great!

  • Dance Competition

We took our Dance Crew to The Central Theatre in Chatham where they had the opportunity to compete on stage against 21 schools across the South East in The Great Big Dance Off!
It was a wonderful experience for them: not only to perform, but to be able to watch other schools perform to an incredible standard.
We are extremely proud of the dedication and creativity the children have shown and are thrilled to announce that we placed 9th with a huge score of 224.

  • Football News

    Mon 04 Mar 2024

The school football team played their final two league games of the season on Monday against Dartford Primary and Langafel. Despite a valiant effort and outstanding teamwork, we couldn't get the 3 points we needed and drew both games 1-1. Whilst we are disappointed not to win the league, we are extremely proud of the progress the team have made since September and to be named league runners-up. There is plenty of football to play with the Premier League Shield on the 20th March and a warm-up friendly against Crook Log on the 19th March. Player of the match, for his consistency, shot stopping and distribution of the ball was Bobby H. Congratulations Bobby and the entire squad for an outstanding league campaign.

  • Anti-bullying Ambassadors Training Trip

    Wed 28 Feb 2024

We took 10 lucky children to London where they had the opportunity to complete the first step of their Anti-Bullying Ambassador training.

They are really excited to launch their projects in readiness to earn their Inclusion Badge. They have ideas on how to involve all of you guys too, so stay tuned! Well done to Mokshitha, Aaron, Shalom, Summer, Greta, Bethany, Jason, Annaliese, Mia and Selena for representing our school so well and embarking on such an important journey.

  • Trip to the British Museum

    Tue 27 Feb 2024

Year 3 pupils enjoyed a trip to the British Museum to help enhance their learning about the Ancient Egyptians. The children were brilliant at reading the information available in the exhibitions and galleries to help them complete the activities we provided. They were particularly impressed by the Rosetta Stone, the size of the sarcophagus’ and seeing hieroglyphics in real life! We can’t wait to see their information leaflets after being inspired by the museum!
