Natural World Around Us

Welcome back, we hope you have had a wonderful break and are fully rested after all the hard work you completed in Term 3. 

Our key question we will be looking at this term is:

How can humans take care of this world?

This term we will be learning about how the world has changed and developed over the years. We will be continuing to look at the countries that make up the U.K and their surrounding seas, the oceans of the world, the continents of the world. Locating villages, towns and cities in the U.K and discussing the similarities and differences. We are going to be researching the word sustainability and how we as humans can have a positive and negative effect on our world. We will be looking at the Equator and how the weather of a place determines the wildlife and much more.  

Please continue to read and log into accelerated reader to quiz on the books you have read, as well as logging into My Maths to complete the maths tasks that have been set.

P.E Days

Our P.E days for Rabbit Class and Hedgehog Class are Tuesdays and Wednesdays. 

Please make sure to bring in your warm P.E kits so you can take part in the fun P.E lessons we have planned.

Spellings

Spellings will be set every week.

Pupils will bring home spellings on a Friday to practice at home and will have a pre-test on Monday and then be tested on Friday.
