Famous Dartfordians

We hope you have rested after all your hard work in Term 1 and are ready to return.

This term we will be learning all about Dartford and the wonderful history it has. We will be looking at all the famous faces of Dartford and what they have achieved in their life. Year 2 will be looking into the lives of John Hall, Richard Trethwick, Mick Jagger, Kieth Richards, Len Goodman and many more. We will even have a trip planned where we can explore Dartford and walk down the the memorial outside the library and learn about the heros who fought in the war.

We will also be preparing for our performance for The Nativity. Brush of those dancing shows and get practising.

P.E Days

Our P.E days for Rabbit Class and Hedgehog Class are Tuesdays and Wednesdays. 

Please make sure to bring in your warm P.E kits so you can take part in the fun P.E lessons we have planned.

Spellings

Spellings will be set every week.

Pupils will bring home spellings on a Friday to practice at home and will have a pre-test on Monday and then be tested on Friday.
