Did you know that sometimes a word could be a noun in one sentence but a verb in another? Use your knowledge of nouns and verbs to identify when a word is a noun or a verb.
Read the sentences carefully and decide if the underlined word is a noun or a verb, then colour the sentences with the appropriate colour (you can decide the colours yourself - don't forget to complete the key!).
Our focus today in reading is retrieval. Remember to read the text carefully and then answer the questions. The answers can be found in the text - to help you, you could highlight the key words or underline them.
Use key words in the questions to help locate the information by matching them in the text.
