Keeping active is really important . Exercise is not only good for the body, but good for the soul too as it releases endorphins which are feel good hormones. This is really important and with it being Mental Health week this week it is important to be aware of how we can use exercise to help our mental wellbeing. s
If you would like to share your routines with your classmates feel free to send us your videos and we can upload some of them. Before doing this you must get your adult to send us permission for them to be uploaded and shared.
