The aim of these exercises are to help children become more focused and calm - and ready for learning.
In school, we usually use these at the beginning of the day and after lunch, but I hope you'll agree they can be useful at any time of day.
Choose one or two from each of the sections. Each activity should only last between 45 seconds and 2 minutes and should be performed in the order Alert, Organise and finally Calm.
