Consultation for Crossing On Burnham Road

We have received information from KCC that there is a consultation process for a crossing along Burnham Road, please see below:-

 

Kent County Council on kent.gov.uk are holding a consultation for a new pedestrian crossing across Burnham Road: http://consultations.kent.gov.uk/consult.ti/BurnahmRoad_ToucanCrossing/consultationHome
 
The proposed site is quote a way down past the petrol station, however it may be the case that it is this or no crossing.
 
It would be good if as many affected parents as possible (ie who live the other side of Burnham Road from the school) could reply to the consultation.
 
The consultation closes on 26 February.
