Today I would like you to have a look at the ‘capital letters for names and I’ PowerPoint. First, the birthday party invitations are missing capital letters. Can you add in the capital letters for names of people, places, days of the week and the word ‘I’? Next, have a go at sorting the words. If they should start with a capital letter, they need to go in the Capital Cupboard. If not, they need to go in the lowercase lunchbox. Click on the word to find out where it belongs. Finally have a go at the ‘capital letters for names’ worksheet, please create your own sentences. Remember to start your sentences with a capital letter, leave finger spaces between your words, include adjectives, remember to use capital letters for names of people or places and for I and end your sentences with a piece of punctuation.
