After our school trip we had a visit from Max who came to tell us all about his special day working with southeastern. He told us about his uniform and how to do the different jobs in the train station and on the train. He then gave us a talk about the Javelin and the children learnt some amazing facts and asked him some interesting questions. Thank you Max!

Our Trip to Godstone Farm. Tractor rides... meeting the animals... feeding the pigs... the dinosaur trail... lunchtime... and the playground!

The children were amazed to see what had happened to their magic beans! They had great fun making up stories about what had happened.

The children proudly read their finished fairy tales to their Big-Mes in Year 6. Then had a wonderful time playing with them for the afternoon.

We have been thinking about why our magic beans that we planted in Forest School didn't grow. There were many interesting ideas! We decided that we needed to follow the instructions on the packet, keep them warm indoors, give them water and cast a magic spell to help them grow - "Abracadabra... alakazam... make these beans grow as fast as they can!"

 

The children enjoyed following the instructions to plant their magic beans and predicted what will happen to them. Stay tuned to find out what happens...
